About Us

At Nestico Store, we believe a home should feel like somewhere you actually want to be, calm, considered, and genuinely yours. We curate authentic, quality products designed to bring a little more of that feeling into everyday life, sourced with care rather than chosen at random.

Our Story

Nestico Store started with a simple frustration: it was surprisingly hard to find genuinely authentic, well-sourced home fragrance in the UK without wading through imitation stock or unclear origins. We set out to fix that, building relationships directly with established, trusted manufacturers rather than cutting corners on quality to compete on price.

What began as a focus on incense has grown into something broader, a home for the kind of considered, well-made products that help turn a house into somewhere calmer, more grounded, and more genuinely yours.

What We Curate

We're selective about what earns a place in our range. Every product we stock is chosen for genuine quality and authenticity, not simply because it sells. Today, that includes incense sticks, cones, backflow cones and resins from established names like Satya, Hem, Stamford and Goloka, alongside fragrance oils, home fragrance accessories and gift sets.

Our range continues to grow as we find new products worth standing behind. Whatever category we're in, the same standard applies: if it isn't something we'd genuinely want in our own home, it doesn't make it onto our shelves.

Our Values

Authenticity first. Every product we sell is genuinely sourced from the brands we say it's from, never imitation stock passed off as the real thing.

Fair pricing. We back our prices with a Price Match Guarantee, if you find the same product cheaper elsewhere, we'll do our best to match it.

Genuine care, not just a transaction. From fast dispatch to real customer support, we treat every order like we'd want our own to be treated.

Always here to help. Whether it's a quick question about your order or help finding the right fragrance, our team, and Sage, our AI assistant, are on hand whenever you need us.
