Price Match Policy

At Nestico Store, we work hard to keep our prices fair and competitive. If you've found the exact same product cheaper elsewhere, we're happy to match it against the conditions below before your order is placed.

What We Will Match

We will consider matching the price of an identical product, meaning the same brand, fragrance, pack size, and variant, etc. when all of the following apply:

  • The competitor is a genuine, UK-based, authorised retailer of the brand in question.
  • The item is currently in stock and available for immediate purchase on the competitor's site, not pre-order or backordered.
  • The price is publicly listed and verifiable, we'll need a live link.
  • The request is made before your order is completed. We do not offer retroactive price matches or refunds on orders already placed.

What Is Not Covered

To keep this policy sustainable, the following are excluded from price matching:

  • Clearance, liquidation, closing-down, or end-of-line stock sales.
  • Flash sales, doorbuster deals, time-limited promo codes, or one-off events such as Black Friday, Cyber Monday, or Boxing Day sales.
  • Bundle deals, multi-buy offers (e.g. buy 2 get 1 free), and gift-with-purchase promotions.
  • Prices from marketplace or third-party sellers on platforms such as eBay, Amazon Marketplace, Etsy, or similar, unless it is the official brand's own storefront.
  • Auction listings, classified ads, private sellers, and second-hand or used items.
  • Retailers based outside the UK, or prices that don't account for delivery, import duties, or currency differences.
  • Prices only available to members, subscribers, or via a loyalty scheme.
  • Obvious pricing errors or misprints on a competitor's site.
  • Any price that cannot be combined with, or is already reduced by, another discount code or promotion on our own store.

How to Request a Price Match

Email us at hello@nesticostore.co.uk before completing your order, with:

  • The product name or link from our store.
  • A link of the competitor's price, including the date.

We aim to respond within 1-2 business days. If approved, we'll send you a discount code or adjusted invoice to complete your purchase at the matched price.

A Few More Things to Know

  • Price matches are reviewed individually and approved at our discretion.
  • Limited to one price match per item, per order.
  • We compare like-for-like, including delivery cost, not just the headline product price.
  • This policy may be updated or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
